My Paypal has reached it's upper receiving limit so has been frozen until I take action to lift the limit. I've already done the verification process a long while back, it now asks the following:

I'm confused about the first option as the other tweo dont apply. I have allowed someone else to use my ebay/Paypal account temoprarily not realising the large sales prices they would achieve - hence the limit ban - but has anyone else chose the first option? I dont want to be flagged as a high volume seller or have to regsiter a Paypal business acccount, etc.
