how long before I contact Ebay?

An item that i won and paid for back on June 19th hasn't arrived yet (Ebay said first class post, dispatched within 1 day) and I have contacted the seller but not had any reply. How long should I wait from having sent the message before i contact Ebay and register the query do you think? The seller's rating is good although one other person has left feedback saying item was slow to arrive.

I agree - 7-10 days is the most I would wait before contacting eBay, especially with no reply from seller. I think you have been more than patient.
