***sellers fees - please help!!

i would like to start selling some things on ebay but i don't relaly understand the sellers fees. can someone please explain them in english??

Fees are really complicated! Basically, you pay about 10% of the final value when the item sells plus an insertion fee. The insertion fee depends on how much you start at but it's up to £1.30 I think. There are all sorts of fees for different things like extra photos, Buy It Now price, subtitles, starting at a specific time, etc.. Plus, if the buyer pays through PayPal, you are charged 3.4% +20p per transaction. The PayPal fees are on the entire cost including postage costs to the buyer.
