Second Chance Offer????

I'm new to ebay and my poor little tired brain is now really confused! I have just sold an item and I had a message pop up saying its eligible for a second chnace offer, does this mean the buyer has backed out? The auction has just ended FFS and I have had no notification to say they have backed out. What do I do?

Hi. Presume you had an underbidder for your item? If so, I'm fairly sure the message you received means that if you have another item the same to sell, you can offer it to your underbidder via a "second chance offer". Hope this makes sense!

It means that should your buyer back out you can offer it to the other bidder.
