Fair BIN price?

I've listed 3 babygates on ebay, and a buyer has requested a BIN price for all three. There's quite a range in prices out there--any suggestions for a price for all 3? Also, can I add a buy-it-now price after the auction has already started?

You can add a BIN price to any auction so long as it has no bids on it and doesn't end within 12 hours. Why not ask the buyer what they're prepared to pay first?

on a BIN it must be at least 40% more than the auction price.
