I sold a top on 18th May. My buyer didn't pay me and, despite several reminders, never got in touch. I opened an unpaid item disute through the resolution centre, have closed the case and have been credited with the final value fee. This evening I've suddenly received a paypal payment from the buyer. No note, no apology, nothing.

I've still got the top because I haven't got around to relisting it. Should I still send it to her? I feel inclined to hang on to it and reverse the payment but maybe that's just being silly as it's all bagged up and ready to post and it'll save me the hassle of relisting it. What would you do? Also, will I get into trouble with Ebay overs fees etc?

I would refund.

I would send it - less hassle that way. They can't leave you feedback now anyway.

Thanks 5 in the bed and fergoose. I wasn't sure about feedback but if she can't leave me any then it makes things a bit easier.
