Price of item changing between purchase and check out - what do I pay?

I bought a laptop from a business seller on monday for £119. It had been £99 earlier that day. I put it on my watch list and they had lots and he kept changing the price. Every time I log on it's different. So I go to pay today and the invoice has his current, higher price in it. I've emailed asking him to invoice me for £119 - I'm right, right?

Yes you are, If you purchased it at the price of £119 then thats all you should pay. If you check in you won section it will tell you the amount you bought it for and you can check its the same as on the invoice. If its different then theres something wrong and the seller should sort it out for you, if he doesnt then report him and cancel the transaction as its not your fault.
