Sent an item by Special Delivery Next Day on the 20th May - decided to track it tonight as not had any feedback from the buyer - it says it is not yet in their system!!!
It is worth around £150 - I know I can claim back from Royal Mail if it has gone missing, but I will need to refund the buyer. I will then be out of pocket because I will have neither the item nor the money!
Is it possible to claim for double the cost to reimburse both myself and the buyer?
