Buyer paid for item but not postage??

I sold a dvd to someone for 99p. She paid by paypal but not for delivery, she'd ticked collection? I noticed she lived far away so messaged and asked if this was right. She said no she'd paid for postage? She hasn't! I forwarded the statement showing she'd onoy paid 99p and have heard no more? It's been days now. Not sure what to do? I don't want her leaving negative feedback saying I haven't send it but tbh the postage would be more than 99p.

I did send her an invoice with the right amount that's what's strange? When I refunded before by paypal they didn't send the fee back to buyer?

fee? Any paypal fees are deducted when the buyer pays you, this is cancelled when you refund them via the original transaction. Did you refund them as a payment or by refunding the payment from paypal?

Yes she paid 99p so I'd be refunding her that but she's saying she paid postage too but she hasn't? Plus haven't heard anything back for few days? So if I refund her she won't get full 99p will she? Think I'll just send her back 99p through her email? It's just very odd? I had another weird one the other week it's putting me off selling tbh.

no don't send her 99p via any other method than by refunding the original paypal payment. You must refund her original payment - log into your paypal, find her payment, click on it, scroll down to the bottom and then hit refund. And yes the fee is cancelled, so if you refund via this method then she does get her full 99p back. If you send her 99p via paypal then she will get charges on it, and will not receive the full amount. Also she can claim back her original payment too and get refunded twice - I know is only 99p but what if it was £100.

Send her an invoice for the correct amount - make sure you have ticked the box which says buyers can't amend invoices btw in your ebay preferences for future ref - and if she doesn't pay the correct amount then start a non paying bidder case on day 4.

Have you sent her an invoice for the correct amount again? I would just email and say there must have been an error and the correct amount is xx. What postage cost was it on the listing?

Yes at the moment she can leave a neg. But if she doesn't pay and you file an unpaid item case, and close it on day 7 without payment from her then she can't leave feedback.

Blimey it's so unfair isn't it? No will send her another invoice although would rather just not bother tbh. I have 100% positive at the moment and have done for years.
