A person bid on one of my items two days ago and cancelled their bid 24 hours later. They then rebid at the time at a lower price and have retracted their bid again 24 hours later. Both cancellations say 'entered wrong amount'. I didn't even know you could do this to be honest. Anyway, once is an accident, twice is just messing me around. I'd like to block them from bidding on my items but I can't work out how.
Can any of you help me please?
