getting neg feedback removed, I did it.

I recently had two buyer who tried to use neg fd as away to make me drop the p&p because they seemed to under the impression that if you buy more than one item that the magical fairy's deliver your ebay items for free.

anyway I did combine p&p and but one buyer said that if I didn't reduce the p&p further she would leave me two neg feedbacks. I didn't reduce it further and she did leave me two neg feedbacks say that I wouldn't combine p&p when I clearly bloody well did, so I reported her and ebay actually removed the 2 neg feedbacks. I can't belive that they did because I heard that its really difficult to get FB remove.

oh that's great portable! i remember your original thread, and I'm very impressed that eBay removed it... I've haad really bad experiences with their help service before (basically never ever getting answers) so glad to hear it's improved and that they're not tolerating this sort of thing

it's sometimes seems it's a real buyers market on ebay now that sellers can't leave negative feedback.

The thing is I was just going to leave it cause I'm not sure I'm going to bother selling anything else on ebay but she started sending me nasty emails and saying that I'm a thief! so she just pushed me too far and I reported her fb and every message she sent me from the beginning and I can?t believe that they actually removed the fb because everything on ebay says its really unlikely that they will remove neg fb.

they probably removed it because of feedback extortion

what a nasty buyer - make sure you add her to your blocked bidder list

Block her email address as well.

Has she been banned from ebay - it will say no longer a registered user, i had someone who did a similar thing and reported him but they banned him straight away and i was told that if they have been on ebay for under so long (think it was 90 days) all feedback they have left in that time gets automatically removed, but congratulations anyway you certainly did it!!

I've blocked her but is still registered they just removed her fb, Im guessing she got an message from ebay telling her about it and telling her not to do it again.
