replying to feedback

How do I do it?
I described an item as not in it's case just as it was in the photo and someone put on the feedback that it's not in it's case !!
They still gave me positive but I wanted to reply.

click on your own feedback number

then look at top of page and click on 'feedback forum'

then on the right hit 'reply to feedback received'
