i just recieved an item of clothing i won, and it stinks of cigarette smoke. i have emailed the seller who said sorry, and she was selling it for a family member who smokes, she wouldnt normally send stuff without cleaning and ironing it.
can i do anything or do i just have to put it down to experiance?
