I want to ask a buyer a question but I'm asked to type in a 6 digit security code.
I have typed it over and over again, on different browsers but it just won't recognise what I'm typing!
The 'help' (ha) centre requires a phone call- What happened to the ability to email them a question??- well, buggered if I'm going to pay out to sit in a queue for half the evening to tell them THEIR site isn't working! The seller would be rather pee'd off if they found out they were paying for a service they aren't getting, ie the ability of a potential buyer to contact them with a question that will dictate whether I bid or not!!
