Maximum shipping

I am in the process of listing a load of items.

One of the items is a 6 piece maternity outfit, and I am struggling with the maximum shipping as it keeps telling me that the maximum postage I am allowed is £4. However there are six items, the package is quite heavy and I am estimating it could cost more like £8 to post!
How on Earth do I get around this?

I don't really want to split this as it is a 6 part set.

add the difference to your start price

Yes that is what has been suggested, and what I may end up doing!
However - this means that I end up paying higher fees and also am less likely to attract bidders as well.

I know they have done this to stop people charging ridiculous P&P but any buyer worth their salt will look and check at P&P costs before bidding to ensure they seem reasonable. And I always ensure I only charge at maximum of 50p over the postage costs!

Nice little scam by ebay, methinks!

Sell your item in 'job lots' as a category. The postage isn't limited there.

Or can you list the postage under the courier section.. don't think the limit applies then.

Thanks for your suggestions!
I've already tried selecting different postage options but on every one it says maximum postage is £4.00.

I have had a look and the baby section doesn't have a p&p limit so will list in there.
