Opened an unpaid item case on 15Apr - how long until I get fees back & can relist?

four days (from the time it was opened, so if it was opened at 7pm, you can close at 7pm tonight) - so should be today

Umm, at the risk of sounding like a right wally - do I just click 'close case' or ... should there be another option? I have heard some people saying they've closed prematurely and lost fees or something?
