Paypal fees ...explain please?

Still fairly new to this game & cannot work out how paypal have come up with their fees?? Can't see a fee table anywhere...sometimes it looks like Ive been charged 10% others 3.5%, 4% etc...tried to reconcile (so I can work out profit after all costs etc) but no idea where the figures come from...

I think it is (or was in March) 3.4% of the amount plus 0.20p - always baffled me that 20p but that's what mine were last month.

There may be different thresholds but all of my ebay sales were under £100.
