Unpaid item - Opened a case

Hi,

Just a bit of advice please. Someone purchased my travel system but as they live abroad haven't paid. I've opened a dispute through Ebay I can now close the case and mark it as still unpaid but its also giving me the open to cancel the transaction instead which will also close the opened case. I'm a bit confused which one to do I just want to get my fees back from Ebay and be able to relist the item.

no don't cancel it.

After 3-4 days i think, you should be given the option to close the case, request a final fee credit and then you will get your final value fees back. You can then relist the item. Make sure your settings are set up so bidders from abroad cannot bid.

If you cancel they have to agree if they don't you still get charged the fees.
