If you go into your Account tab on My EBay it will tell you.

If you can, wait until you have transferred the money into your ordinary bank account - just in case something silly happens. (as I have heard it can with Paypal)
I don't know about Paypal fees - never having been paid that way - but you will find out the Ebay fees when they charge you which usually happens monthly. I wouldn't argue with their computer personally (not got the time for that sort of thing) but I am sure they have lots of help pages which will tell you what the charges ought to be, somewhere.

You don't have to wait until the end of the month, you can check the recent charges on your account at any timer,. Click the 'Account' tab and then 'Seller account', then click 'fees'. It's probably 10% of the final price.

You will also have paid a Paypal fee which you can check through paypal by clicking on the transaction.
