Sold my beloved Tom Ford perfume as am skintyskint, together with other bits.

Buyer says it smells of 'cat pee' Hmm so either isnt authentic or has gone off.

It is authentic - have John Lewis dispatch email - and can't have gone off as it's 5m old and in a solid black bottle. AND I tested it before sending and smelt lush as always.

Methinks buyer has changed her mind and is being a rude beeatch to boot.

What do I do? My listing states no returns...but...????

Have you thought about selling on MumsNet? There's a buy and sell section (although you have to pay to be able to list), but you can list for free in your local area.

Do not refund until you have the perfume back.
She has to send it by trackable means so she can prove that you have it back.
You do not have to refund the return postage but it is the norm to refund the original postage. Hope you get it back in the condition you sent it out. Not sure about the fees .

Make sure you add her to your blocked buyers list now as you certainly don't want her repeat custom!
