Bought and paid for an item, now the seller is no longer a registered member - what can I do

I bought an item off ebay on the 5th April, and paid for it immediately via Paypal, today I checked my ebay account to see if the item had been despatched yet, and the seller is no longer a registered member and hasn't been in touch to say if they have posted my item (which I doubt they have). I have opened a case via the ebay resolution centre, but I doubt anything will be resolved as the seller is no longer an ebay member, what else can I do?

Yes, I agree with Mutt, you'll get refunded if you paid via Paypal.

Same thing happened to me before christmas, got my money back through paypal, although I think the ebayer was still trading, just give it a few days.
