Urgent advice needed - I've made a mistake on a listing which has a bid

Can anyone offer some advice please.

I have listed a bundle of baby clothes on ebay and on the listing I have broken down exactly what is included and included a photo. I've made a really stupid mistake as I was listing several bundles of clothes and have included in the listing an item which I shouldn't have (copied and pasted from another listing). I can't even include it as it isn't the right size, and is included in another bundle.

Someone has already bidded and there are 2 other people watching it. Help what can I do? I cannot revise the listing as someone has bidded and I can't work out how to contact the person who has made the bid. I really don't want negative feedback as it's a genuine mistake.

You can cancel the listing and re-list it. I would suggest noting in the new auction why you have re-listed it, just in case someone queries it.

They will get notification that you have removed their bid, not that you have cancelled the listing or you have relisted.

Thanks. I'm annoyed with myself for making such a mistake especially as i'd listed on a free listing weekend and the bid was already for £5.00 with others watching.
