Sold an item on ebay, and sent it 2nd class signed for.
After a week DH checked the tracking no. and the website says that the buyer has not collected the item from the PO and it is coming back to us.
We've sent a message to the buyer but no reply yet.
Now what?
Do we just refund the cost of the item and re-list?
If they contact us and want it re-sending can we make them pay the postage again?
Or something else?
