I sent an item I sold by recorded delivery one week ago and the buyer has emailed to say it hasn't been received. I sent four items at the same time and they have been received by the buyers. Do I have to refund the money then claim from Royal Mail? What happens if the item then turns up? She has got it for nothing! (purse worth about £30) What would you do?
