best time to sell on ebay and 7day or 10day listing?

whats the best time of day and which is the best day to sell stuff on ebay? i googled this and found an old money saving expert thread that suggested sunday evening, but it was 2006, wondering if things have changed since then.

also people on that thread suggested doing a 10day listing to catch two weekends and end on a sunday iyswim rather than a simple 7day listing, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

If people want to buy your item they will irrespective of how long it is listed, I only ever use 3 day listings, people search by ending soonest, or newly listed, in my opinion.

Sunday is a good day to end an item late afternoon/evening.

I use 7 day and finish on a Sunday or Thursday evening.
