upgrading to a dispute ?

I have opened a case about items not received seller says sent at the beginning of feb Items have not come :( so case opened on the 24th feb

A few messages seller has sent by std parcel and offered to send me the receipt to claim and added a number.

I have replied politely asking for a refund while she chases the PO. The seller has not responded.

How do I raise this up to a dispute nothing obvious on the resolution centre page ?

total cost was about £20 a bundle of stuff for dd4 over half term had to go and buy extra I was gutted.

She has to claim from RM not you! It is up to her to make sure the item gets to you, Have you gone through PP or ebay to raise the dispute?

If there is nothing obvious it is because it is too soon to raise a dispute with the eBay resolution centre you have to wait ten days before you escalate.

Fabby if she bought the items at beginning of Feb they surely should have arrived by now shouldn't they? - looks like 6 weeks since purchased, when does the 45 day to claim start?

I went into the details on the individual cases and there was a tab.

Just waiting on a decision by ebay now.

Ah nice one Snowball, I thought it seemed strange, as its been a while since beginning of Feb! Glad you are getting it sorted. With any luck it won't take long as the seller can't prove you received it as they have no tracking info. You will get your refund and its up to the seller to chase up getting their money back!
I know how you feel as I'm waiting for a dress I won for dd, was sent on the 1st, so should be here by now!
