I have opened a case about items not received seller says sent at the beginning of feb Items have not come :( so case opened on the 24th feb
A few messages seller has sent by std parcel and offered to send me the receipt to claim and added a number.
I have replied politely asking for a refund while she chases the PO. The seller has not responded.
How do I raise this up to a dispute nothing obvious on the resolution centre page ?
total cost was about £20 a bundle of stuff for dd4 over half term had to go and buy extra I was gutted.
