I'm very disappointed with a bundle of clothes I bought from eBay for my dd. They are stained and one of the tops has a hole in it :( the seller has offered me a refund if I return the items, but this will put me about £8 out of pocket :( do I have to accept this, seems very unfair, I don't have money to chuck away :(

Ask them to pay. If they refuse, post it all in feedback and chalk it up to experience? It is a pain when this happens.

We have had loads of gorgeous stuff for DD off eBay but our last two batches of clothes were so worn that I would have been embarassed for her to have worn them so I was very disappointed too. I doubt a charity shop would have them.

You pay and if you filed a dispute you would have to return trackable at your own expense, business sellers should refund return postage, a good seller would refund return postage but not everybody does.
