Hi, I bought an item from ebay last sunday. Before bidding I confirmed that I could collect item as the postage cost was unreasonably high.
After winning the item I sent a message asking when I could collect and for the address.
I received no reply so resent message on wednesday.
I did not receive a reply until Friday to which I was given a time to collect which suited me and them. They did not give me address although I had reminded them.
5 minutes before I was meant to collect the item The seller emailed me saying they would drop the item off to 'save me' from catching the bus, I was happy to catch the bus and had not complained.
They arranged to drop item off the next day saturday. I sent my address and asked what time it would be.
I received no reply until after 8pm Saturday evening after I had waited for them to arrive all day. The email said sorry they hadnt dropped item off, their dc was ill. We rearranged for today and I sent address again as requested and asked what time. She ignored my request of what time again but finally dropped item off this afternoon.
Am I being overly sensitive or does she deserve negative feedback due to communication and timewasting?
Sorry about the length of my post Blush

She probably deserves it but I wouldn't TBH

TheMonster · 06/03/2011 18:34

I would probably go for a neautral feedback.

I wouldnt leave neutral or negative f/b. If you cant bring yourself to leave positive then dont leave anything. There are a lot of nutters on ebay and you dont want her around your house threatening you...

And she did drop it off for you....she didn;t have to!

Life's too short, you got your item, move on. Save the negs for the real crooks.

FabbyChic · 07/03/2011 20:32

She does not deserve a neg, you have no idea of what her internet access is like, she also has children.

She dropped it off and you want to leave a neg? Blocked bidder list for you if I knew your eBay ID.

neutral as comms were unnecessarily poor.

fabbychic I'd block your seller ID as your tone seems aggressive so ner.
