I paid cash for a buggy, which has a lot of unmentioned damage. There is nothing I can do is there? :(

I'm quite devestated - paid $400 for a mountain buggy, had a quick look at it when I collected it but on closer inspection at home I realise its got 4 tears (not just the 1 the seller mentioned), and lots of mould growing in crevices, plus rust on the chassis.

The seller says it 'looked fine to her',and wont refund. I'm so sad, and so shocked that she can just lie like this.

But theres nothing I can do is there? I paid cash. :(

You can still file a dispute on ebay for item not as described.

as you collected it there is not much can be done as you had the chance to refuse payment upon inspection.

take it back to her and show her the faults?
