Probably a very stupid question but it's never happened to me before so not sure of what to do.
I bid on and won an expensive Boden dress and paid for it more of less straight away.
I waited for it to be delivered and waited and waited.
Contacted the seller who assured me that she had posted it and that I should get in touch if haven't received it by the end of last week.
Well it hasn't arrived so what do I do now?
I have asked neighbours and popped in to local sorting office and still nothing.
Seller says she's looking into it.

How long should i leave it before trying to get my money back? And how do I go about doing this?
I really can't afford to lose the £30 including postage that I paid.Sad

ask your seller for a refund and if she doesn't issue one asap (don't be stalled any more with any excuses) then open a 'item not received' dispute

she should refund you now and claim herself from royal mail

thanks six
how long do you think is reasonable to wait before asking for refund?

Get in touch with her now, if she does not reply within 24 hours file an item not received dispute via the eBay Resolution Centre, if she cannot prove receipt via online tracking you get a refund. You do however have to be within the 45 day time limit for opening a dispute.

Good luck I hope she refunds voluntarily, do not accept anything about she is not responsible for an item lost in the post, that is just rubbish. eBay will refund.
