Buyer used 'buy it now' but evidently they have since changed their mind and no longer want it. Any redress?

Couple of days ago, somone used 'buy it now' to purchase an item. Their address was listed as Qatar - despite it being listed as no international postage. I emailed her to query destination in order to sort an invoice and she said she no longer wants to buy it as it isnt black.

It has never been black, the listing doesnt mention black and none of the three photos look anything like black!

Annoyed! Angry

What can I do? Anything?

You could file a NPB dispute, so long as it's been 4 days since the sale - that's what I'd do. Then you can close it in a week and you'll get all your fees back and she'll have a NPB strike against her.

hmm, just looking at that. Straightforward to do?

I wouldnt mind so much but she wasnt at all apologetic!

It is straightforward, wait until day four, open the npb close after four days. That way she cannot leave feedback, and nor can you.

As an aside put your Buy It Nows on immediate payment only, so you only sell your item if someone pays.

Good idea.
Yes lesson learnt, I will do that from here on in.

Thankyou.
