seller doesnt answer

few weeks ago I bought trousers on ebay, in the listing there is no other sizing than L, I sent seller about 10 messages, no answer, should I pay? can he report me to ebay for non-payment? WWYD?

Yes you should have paid by now because you won the bid. I've had a few problems with non payers in the past few weeks so I now request payments to be made within 24hrs although you have to wait 4 days before you can open a non payment case.

You shouldn't really bid on an item if you are not happy with the description and all questions should be asked before the bidding ends as once you click that button you've made a commitment to buy although it is rude of the buyer not to reply.

If it was a few weeks ago I'm surprised he hasn't opened a case already unless he has lost his access to the internet
