Help please, how do I add international postage to a listing?

I created a listing last week which has defaulted to UK buyers only (I didn't see any option for allowing international buyers when I created the listing). I've had an email from a potential buyer in the Czech Republic, asking me to edit my listing to allow internationl buyers, which is fine by me. But when I go into the 'edit' form there is no option to add international postage, even when I click on 'add or remove options' I can't do anything to change it.

Any suggestions?

Add your buyer to your buyer requirements excemption list, do that here

offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin

Tell them the postage in advance and send them an invoice if they win.
