This is probably a daft question, but am i right in thinking free listing is for auction only?
So you can put reserve prices on your items and not get charged for it?
I've only done a couple of .99 auctions until i get the hang of it.

You're wasting it by doing .99 auctions - you get 100 of those free every month anyway!

I think if you set a reserve price you still have to pay the fee for that, the free listings days work to your advantage because you can start your items with whatever start price you want for free, instead of only getting them free at 99p or under.

99 p are free

Clothes are only 40 p usually anyway so I don't think free weekends are worth it. Can't use turbo lister so they take ages.

Thanks guys. I meant that up until now i had only done a couple of .99p auctions because they were free.

With the free weekend i was wondering how it worked, and what way it worked best for you guys.

Anyway i don't think i'm eligible as i have no feedback yet.

If you start auctions at above 99p on free listing weekends you don't get charged the insertion fee. You still pay final value fees and (if applicable) reserve fees.

Thanks BOE, that clarifies it for me.
