Seller refused to sell item I won - what feedback to leave?

I won an duvet cover for a fairly low price. Seller had put it as collection only but then put a postage price in the details. Within 10 minutes of winning I sent an email asking for an invoice so that I could pay. I sent an email a day for 3 days as well as official invoice request following this - so 5 attempts at communication.

Then I noticed that the seller had almost immediately relisted the item (or one identical) Identical photo & description including a description of a mark on it - so either a huge coincidence to have 2 marked in the same place or my item relisted Hmm. Item sold for 2 pounds higher than I won it for (and seller has since recieved positive feedback from the buyer on the purchase)

I emailed ebay who have come back to me to say that yes they agree the seller has broken ebay rules & they have taken "appropriate action against them" They also encouraged me to leave feedback on the item.

Seller currently has 100% feedback
Do I leave negative feedback? Neutral feedback? No feedback? Try to contact the seller again to give them another chance to explain themselves?

I really don't know what to do & need help/advice!!

If they havent responded and ebay have told you to leave appropriate feedback then I'd just leave the feedback and not give them any more chances.
Leave a negative and state clearly what happened.
'Item never sent/received and seller refused to respond. Ebay taken action' type thing

I'd definitely leave negative feedback for that- what a cheek!

How about

"Seller refused to accept payment and relisted/sold item to another bidder"

You leave a negative, however as you have not paid it can be removed, you should pay for it then open a dispute for item not received.

If you do not pay he can open a dispute for non payment and any feedback will be removed.

So, pay what you can now no postage just item cost, then leave the neg so he cannot get it removed.

Fabbychic - ebay have said that if they file a non payment they will remove it for me. Not keen on going through the whole rigmarole of paying & reclaiming the money tbh. If the feedback can be removed why are ebay encouraging me to leave it? - they know I have not paid hence them telling me that if the seller files for non payment they will remove it.
