Requesting discount for combined postage

Hi

I recently won 2 items from the same seller, after previously contacting seller to confirm that postage would be discounted.

After I won the auction I requested the total from the seller. I have now got a message saying that because I requested the total she is unable to offer a discount. Is this right? how can I fix this?

Thanks for your help!

Of course not! She's trying it on, tell her she can discount the postage by reissuing the invoice and changing the postage amount.

The automatic notification invoice has the original postage costs, but she can re-issue that with a discount, no problem.

Thank you! I think she is trying to pull a fast one!

OK she is now saying that she has requested an invoice and it wont let her reduce the postage! Any idea what I should message back? I dont actually know how to do it, and never had this problem before!

Thanks again

all the seller has to do is alter the postage in the box on the invoice, it is very easy.

it is but lots of people make the mistake of pressing re calculate, all she has to do is enter new posatge amount in box and press send invoice! And she is not limited to sending invoices, no idea what she was on about initally
