Collected some ebay items from sorting office and didn't recognise one of them, it was a top in DD1's size but I'd been buying dresses for my 4 DD's. Couldn't find the item in my eBay, thought there was some mix-up.
Messaged the seller of a dress I'd won and paid for for DD3 but had not recieved - no reply.
I've put 2+2 together and came up with: the unknown item and the unreceived item are the same item. But this means the item is SNAD as it is a top for a 13yo not a dress for a 6yo, and although the colour was not in description the photo showed it to be lighter than reality (isn't about shades - it makes it a whole new colour, I accept responsibility for this as I didn't ask) - colour not a problem for me, it just adds to the confusion of 'is it the same item?'
Have messaged the dress seller again wondering if it's the same item and am waiting for response.
I have 'til 22nd to raise dispute, but is it 'not received' or SNAD? Think seller send recorded so wouldn't win 'not received' if they still have tracking info, this makes it more likely they are the same item and it's SNAD.
I suppose I'd rather keep the item as a top for DD1 than send it back at my own expense, but the sellers lack of communication is irksome.
So, if you are not confused, WWYD?

It is a snad dispute the item you have not received is not as described, you can open a SNAD dispute immediatley with PayPal via the Resolution Centre, you will have to return trackable at your own expense though.

She's just replied to say they are the same item. It has shrunk (from an age 13 top to an age 5/6 dress)

Do I:
a) go to dispute as SNAD as it was listed as a (grey) dress age 5/6 and in reality was a black top labeled age 13
b)mark down on feedback stars for poor communication (as she didn't reply to my first message), and for item not as described?
c) ask for partial refund as I CBA to post it back at my own expense. It would do as a top for DD1 even though I didn't want a top for her and wanted a dress for DD3 that I would have bought another of if I wasn't waiting for this one to arrive, knew it was SNAD?

I would ask her direct for partial (to try and save hassle of returning) then if no joy claim for SNAD.

TBH, that is crappy of seller Hmm It's not now a dress, it is still an age 13 top that she shrunk, end of!
