Bought a top - stains weren't mentioned

I bought a top for DD on ebay. It was described as "Worn but still in good condition." It has stains on it in two places, less noticable under artificial light than daylight. I wouldn't buy DD stained clothes or ebay them myself. It cost £2 and postage was £1.90. What is the right thing to do in this situation as I don't feel that I can leave good feedback as I don't think the top is as described?

contact the buyer and say the item was not as described and that you have found two stains.
They will probably give you a refund.
Don't dive in with leaving poor feedback before they get a chance to rectify the situation.
