Item received with missing legs (a chair)

Due to a catalogue of disasterws with parcelforce - not the seller's fault - a chair i won has turned up with only two legs. I dont for one minute blame the seller - it was with rhe courier for 1 month. I have already contacted him - but what do I do - arrange for it to be collected back?

YOu have 45 days from the date of payment to initiate an item not as described dispute with the seller via PayPal assuming that is how you paid.

Whilst you say the seller is not responsible, they are deemed to be whilst your item is in transit.

Your seller should either arrange collection, or you should return to the seller by trackable means at your own expense.
