Delivery problems to the NW

I am a bit worried about a child's hoody I sent to Oldham second class recorded on 30 November, within 24 hours of the auction ending. It still hasn't got there.

I have sent the buyer two emails apologising for the delay and sending the tracking number so she can see when it was posted and where it is in the system.

Is she going to give me a really bad rating for delivery? Is there anything else I can do? Don't want to keep hassling her with emails.

I have been selling for some years now and have never had bad feedback.

Hi I don;t live that far from Oldham - I got 2 parcels last night sent on 2nd Dec! One was from ebay and one was from Boden.

It's not your fault and i can't see whay she should tbh.

We also sent a parcel to Didsbury (again not far from us) and that hasn't arrived yet and is tracked!

Dont email her when she eventually asks for a refund, refund her in full and claim from RM, politely ask that if it arrives she lets you know so you can send her a money request from PayPal so she can pay again.
