The winning bidder for my item is no longer registered with eBay. I know I will get my Final Value Fee back immediately, but do I also get my listing fee back? It is not my fault the buyer won my item and yet got banned. So my item has not sold. There is a chance the underbidder might not accept the second chance offer.
