Postage-not totted up in total

Very angry-sold fairly heavy item over ebay and although I got payment it did not include the postage.How can a buyer over-ride the payment system and leave off postage?Went on Community Board and discover that there was/is a glitch on postage.Too much faff and don`t want to protract transaction so I have decided to post the thing free of p&p.This will cost me £15.
Want the buyer to get in time for Christmas but very .Comments please!

Just message them and say they didn't pay the postage! if they say they didn't realise that's bullshit. they have to pay if they want the item. End of really.

Thanks nanny I am now very because when I look in my email account he HAS paid the £15 on top of my total auction price.However it did NOT appear in my account.Is this usual?Also when I look on my account it says £16 total when it is over £100 total sales that appears in my activity section.Overall one or two glitches.I love ebay but these blips put me off.Thank you for replying.
