Seller asked if I could pay via uncrossed postal order as they had a problem with their paypal account.

I posted this off 3 weeks ago and they are saying they never received it. Is there anyway to find out if it has been cashed please?

yep there is there is a telephone number you need your postal receipt, you should have sent the postal order signed for, as you did not send crossed and unless you had their name printed on it even if they have cashed it you can really do nothing other than threaten them with court action.

Always be wary when someone asks for uncrossed postal orders, there are not many reasons for having PP account problems.
