Can you search for a certain seller by name on ebay?

You used to be able to in the community bit but it's all changed and I can't figure out how to now

I'm trying to find a seller I got a lovely dress from earlier this year

click on 'advanced' (towards the top....next to teh search box) then 'items by seller' or 'find a member'
