I am having an e bay NIGHTMARE, can anyone help?

I sold several items but I put the incorrect e mail address on for my paypal. I need to re invoice everyone with the correct e mail but I can't do it.

HELP !

You can send them a message, separate from the invoice.

Have they tried to pay and failed?

Please don't tell me they have paid someone else!

Email the buyers and explain, giving them the correct address.

Be prepared that they might think you're trying to do something dodgy and want to cancel the transaction though!

well, i have e mailed the buyers, and they all want a new invoice because they don't seem to be able to do it just with the new e mail address, (one has) I have cancelled the incorrect one off pay pal, but I can't re invoice them, is it possible to present them with a corrected invoice?

I'm not sure about the invoice.

They can just log in to paypal and pay you directly, but I can understand their reluctance to send any money outside ebay. I once bought something and the seller had used an incorrect email address - they couldn't work out how to amend the invoice either and I refused to just paypal them the money.
