How do you refund full amount plus postage

I sold an item which was not as described, which I take full blame for as I incorrectly listed it.

The thing is, the buyer wants a full refund plus postage. When I go on Paypa, it will only allow me to refund the full amount. I have tried typing in a higher amount but paypal doesn't accept, can someone please help me?

send a separate payment for the return postage

You can only refund the original amount no more.

As monkeys said you have to send a seperate payment for the additional postage, send as a personal payment so your buyer does not pay PayPal fees to receive.
