I had this last week Pud, its infuriating I can tell you. I sold a game that went for £5 more than it sold for in the shops, I think the girl got a bit excited with a bidding war and obviously decided she didn't want to pay, 2 invoices and a really polite message saying if you don't want it just let me knkow so I can do 2nd chance offer.
Got no responce and was really pissed off by that point so I did a NPB so I didn't lose out, she didn't even reply to ebays message so now she has a strike against her!
Anyway (sorry) You can't 'do' anything officially until exactly 4 days after (eg, if your auction finished at 7pm you will have to wait until after 7pm 4 days later)
Once you have got to day 4 do a 'item not paid for' in resolution centre and they will deal with it from there.
HTH
