Bought a 2 piece set for DD2 -pair of trousers and a top. Not costly but she's growing so quickly that things aren't lasting long before she's into the next size. Both parts were marked and stained when they arrived.

I emailed the seller, she told me they had been washed and ironed before posting and so weren't stained - they most def were! So she's offered a refund on the item if I return, bit not postage. I would send recorded, so not really worth it financially but I'm really irritated. As I pointed out to her, if I'd known it was stained, and I've offered to email her photos to show the marks, then I would not have bid.

What would you do?

Claim a full refund via paypal - then return items second class (get proof of postage).

Leave feedback as you then feel fit.

ask her for full refund including postage. if she refuses then leave negative feedback.

Do you sell on ebay? If not don't be too bothered about giving correct feedback.
Unless people give the truth, it may happen to me when I buy off this person Wink

Eaglewings, yes I do sell and I wouldn't treat my buyers like this which is why I'm irritated!
She doesn't seem to be very good at responding, emailed her Wednesday last week, it was only after messaging again on Friday that I got a response.

prob not worth it to be honest Hmm had this happen to me, I dd neg in the end, hate doing it but she was really rude and accused me of lying, even though i emailed her the minute they arrived (they were threadbare, she sent wrong postage so overcharged me by about £5 AND accused me of lying about the postage method wtf!!!) I did return one pair and she never did refund me properly so I left a negative. It makes no diff if you only paid 99p (except you didn't inc postage) if they are not as described, they are not as described!

Email her the pics - attach a note saying here are the said marks, obviously not worth me returning to you as I will still be out of pocket. Look forward to hearing form you within 48 hours - thanking you muchly!

You have to return trackable for a PayPal return and even then you do not get your return postage back.
