I have just listed my first item on ebay. Its an angel costume I after packing up I have noticed a faint small pink mark on the arm. I listed the item in good played with condition with some pulls on the back of the outfit and was truthful, I didn't list the mark as I didn't see it. I have freshly washed the outfit.
Not included in the listing are some velcro angel wings which I'm including for nothing.
How can I resolve this with my buyer to maintain good feedback? Many thanks.

Send a friendly email. Maybe offer a refund on the postage for goodwill?

I'd email her, including a good close up photo (with rule for size) and ask her what she'd like to do. Tell her you're willing to include the wings for free to make up for the mark (don't tell her you were planning to do so already!).

Communication is the key to keeping buyers happy I think :)

mind you my generosity / willingness to discount would depend a bit on how much the item sold for

Many thanks for that. I'll email her as your suggestion.
