Bidder has asked me to cancel the bid - is this normal?

Sorry - relatively new to selling, hence the question but I have a 4 piece set of nursery furniture currently listed. On the changing unit, one of the legs has broken off (although we do still have the leg) and we have a block of wood keeping it all level. I have been very open about this on ebay - included photos, etc. Someone bid for the set over the weekend but has since had second thoughts and is now saying the she is concerned the unit cannot be fixed safely.

She has asked me to cancel the bid from my end. So my question is whether this is normal practice for people to request and if it is, how do I do it?

yes it is normal practice, buyers have to ask a seller to cancel their bid. if a seller does not a buyer can retract.

Cancel their bid here
